Capitalism wouldn't allow for this type of bullshit. This stuff is obviously only possible with a government meddling in everyone's business. There's a reason businesses spend so much money lobbying for favorable regulation, and laws that hurt their competitors or just limit competition in any way. So many industries in the US, ISPs and insurance in particular, would be much better without government regulations limiting competition.
