From my experience, when I get boiling-hot angry but won't show it directly, I move my eyes extremely fast at a dizzying pace, so dizzying it makes me have to rest for about 2 seconds for the after-effects of this eye movement to go away. I rarely ever move my head though, just a very, very slight bobbing left and right.
