I'm confused. I've never been to SF but user in SF posted these photos of 185 Berry Street and the computer screen which says Premise Data is at suite 6850. But Berry Street seems kind of far from 645 7th Street on this map , so that 'China Basin' building at 185 Berry must be bigger than I thought.

Do you own a telescope? You could watch that building from afar. Even better: if you have a photo camera you could combine the telescope with the camera and take pictures.

They seem relatively close by, just a few blocks down (first pic related, red and pink pin). The building in China Basin is pretty massive, stretches out for an entire block, with multiple entrances both front and back. There's even some kind of walkway/boardwalk type space in the back. Almost looks like a mall.

I know this is a bit of a re-hash but I wanted to put this in all one place. So far, Todd and Clare, Schiel & Denver, and Yamie Chess all have very big similarities in terms of their business practices. My comments are greentext.

1. T&C and S&D both wrote nearly identical letters to the UN, both trying to become members of the UN Global Compact. T&C's founder is Todd Hammond and S&D's founder is Akintunde "Tunde" Reid-Kapo. The contents of their letters may have both been derived from the same boilerplate template, but there are more links that strengthen this connection greatly.

They claim to have received a few random letters from Todd and Clare and had a mysterious reporter come by to ask them about T&C. T&C also said they used a third party mailing system that mistakenly used the 645 7th Street address. However, we know that's bullshit because that address was clearly listed on toddandclare.com.

NV is widely used for this. Good privacy laws and lots of companies will set up virtual address and registered agent there. Same with WY. The UK addresse that is linked to the candy eye escorts doesn't matter. Some UK firm will setup a registered office there for UK laws, and just happens to be based from that address.

These are not shell companies. These are legitimate enough companies that just don't have a principal office or storefront, but need some kind of domicile registration in a locality to do business, get a tax ID, banking, etc. They all share this address because they used the same lawyer/agent to setup. There is no link between them in ownership, purpose, banking.

The Tunde guy is the one you want to look into. He owned the denver publisher and hosts it and t&c, and looks like he set it up too. At some point the chess company moved on paper to WY from NV but still keeps the same link via president.

The old publishing company has been defunct for years. The chess + govt stats analysis is current. Find a link between him and the san fran data mining company. There's the answer.
