First, because the American military, while overwhelmingly White, is full of the sort of fuckwits who join the military thinking they'll "serve their country" - ie, they're patriots, not nationalists, certainly not racialist/tribalist, and that makes them basically useless, as they'll leap at the chance to fight just about anyone.

Second, if they were to "go on strike", do you think the present US regime - let alone one under Clinton - would hesitate for even a zeptosecond in prosecuting the shit out of certain exemplary individuals, as an example to the others? I don't think they would, and I don't think you'd see as much revolt from within as we might hope looking at it from without.

tl;dr: Whites in the military tend to be kind of retarded, and even if they weren't and did something like that, they'd quickly face some pretty severe punitive measures designed to motivate others not to take similar courses of action, or to reverse such if already taken.
