There's a pretty strong bias to this picture that I feel needs to be addressed:

The second generation are the loyal followers of the first. They maintain the same ideals to some degree, but there will be some differences. The issue begins here: While some followers will be devoted more to the cause or ideal, others will be more focused on the original leaders and their words. The schism created leads to the formation of unofficial political parties, much as the anti-federalist and federalist groups formed in the early United States, and the various competing parties formed after the death of Lenin in Russia. The nation will still prosper under this time period, to be sure.

Third generation comes around. At this point, the people have become followers of their predecessors. The rift between politicians begins to grow further. What is more than that, the people who were there in the beginning are now older, and a new generation of common folk is coming about. They have no memory of what it was like beforehand, and lack a traditional base to fall back to. This ignorance to the past is the root from which liberalism will be permitted to grow, as people begin to come up with "new" ideas.

The fourth generation is where things begin to actually become messy. We begin to see the first political figures being elected who care not for the ideals of the nation, but of their own, newer ideas. Liberals have begun to infiltrate the government. Without the original ideals to truly inspire them, the political figures of this period also begin to permit favors to certain companies. Nepotism becomes a prominent issue and the possibility of corporate control and monopolies begins to rise higher and higher.

The fifth and sixth generation continue this trend. The moral high ground of the nation is beaten away. The pity of men leads them to seek to aid those beyond their borders. There is a movement within this time frame of a more reactionary nature, in the form of a far-right movement based on traditions. But by this time the nation is for the most part centrist, and is becoming increasingly liberal. The nation will most certainly begin to engage in foreign wars, and the acceptance of immigrants is exceedingly likely. By the seventh generation the nation will no longer be recognizable as fascist, and will be more akin to a more heavily regulated capitalist nation, complete with the pollution and loss of human dignity which is assumed.

This model is reflective of history, and one reading it will recognize similar patterns to what has happened to nations in the past. So while it is great to think about these ideals in the abstract, it is essential to realize that, much as communism comes across to the left as a utopia only to fall flat on its face, fascism is not a perfect system that will bring about the enlightenment of humanity. Of course, as WWII demonstrated, it is very difficult for such a nation to even escape the first generation.
