Well, not if he built a quantum computer, it wouldn't use that much energy if built well enough but mattering on the design he'd have to stock up on a bunch of liquid nitrogen to cool it down to be able to change the spins. There is a particular iron isotope which would be great for a home spun quantum computer. that thing does not do what you think it does. it just can reverse-lookup some precomputed hashes. a non-result does not mean it's not a hash. it just means they don't have that particular one in their database.

The hex sequences posted by wikileaks are 512 bits long, so it could possibly be any 512 bit hash.

If the length was correct I'd bother typing them in and trying it on the files I have stored, but with the blurry image you'll probably make a mistake in transcribing the characters and the length is wrong to boot.
