Maduro just put the head of the armed forces in a role that has more power than the Vice President

So if the military owns everything it's state capitalism. Checkmate capitalists. ;^)

CIA coup when?

Can I see the US stats, please?

US murder rates have been in steady decline for decades.

still I think that graph could very well be bullshit. like how apartheid SA was so "peaceful" or how Japan has really low rape stats. It's obviously because the government is ignoring the crims.

...

We'll see what happens
Probably more top-down hierarchical dog-shit

further back

Mandatory.

Mandatory.

b-but…."fuck it"

I can't believe how easily Holla Forums and /r/socialism got hyped by a populist like Maduro.

Good, go hard or go home

There is a huge power struggle going on in Venezuela right now, Padrino Lopez, even if Padrino Lopez is the top man in the armed forces and weilds this much power, he's not the only power inthe country, there are many factions even within the military who are struggling for supremacy.

I can't predict the future, but a bloody Coup is a likely outcome.

Also: I'm all fucked up on anthihistamines, forgive lack of coherence.

Populism is all about the hype
At this point it should be called hypeism

The venezuelan government can't stop doing dumb shit with forced broadcasts.

Yesterday, they forced all radio and television channels to broadcast a movie about Francisco de Miranda: noticias24.com/venezuela/noticia/320165/gobierno-transmitio-en-cadena-nacional-la-pelicula-miranda-regresa/

Here's a spreadsheet showing when those forced broadcasts happen and how long they last (Duración)
