For avatar, use a photo of some girl you find on an obscure site (perhaps a find-your-scat-friend site?). That's if you want more followers. If you also happen to have cleavage shots, you can post one occasionally and get lots of nu-male followers. Or you can post a pic of a baby; they all look alike. Either way, in the display name use something that's a female name or otherwise obviously makes you seem female; again, more followers.

If you're doing that, it's because you want to "subtle" redpill. I'd say closer to 10:1 instead of 3:1. Make some/most of the 10 easily refuted "facts" and place them with a major hashtag. Have burner twitter accounts that post the refutations; otherwise, tweet them at times where there are a lot of active redpill people on the hashtag and let them have at it.
