Vulnerable spots are literally "nearly every square foot of every city street". You see that little green plastic box in your yard? A flathead screwdriver will open it, giving you access to the cables feeding internet, tv, and phone service in your neighborhood. Or maybe you have telephone poles instead of underground service; get a fucking ladder. It literally takes less than five minutes to fuck communications to an entire city block, or at least one street. The bigger the box, the more important it is. And you can access that shit with basic tools, no visible damage, and no evidence you were ever there other than the sabotage you committed.
People seriously have no clue how vulnerable our infrastructure is. Hint: there is ZERO security. Shit, most power substations have nothing more than a chainlink fence to keep people from fucking over an entire town's electricity.
And nobody will get suspicious of someone going around fucking with that stuff; most big telecomm companies like Time Warner, AT&T, etc. hire contractors, most of whom don't even have company uniforms. Just put on a hardhat and a safety vest (both available at your nearest hardware store for dirt cheap) and you look exactly like every other person they've ever seen in the neighborhood working on the cable. They won't think you're sabotaging it, they'll think you're fixing it. Shit, you don't even need to wear gloves to prevent fingerprints; so many people have touched the boxes, cables, and everything inside that it's impossible to get an incriminating print off of anything; those prints could be from literally anyone. Unless your prints are already in the system (former military, prior arrests, etc.) they'll never find you. Hell, you can even gain access to boxes in people's yards by knocking on the door, claiming to be with a company (made up or real, your call) and you need to work on the box. Most people have shit memories, so identifying you is next to impossible, and they won't be paying attention since you have a vest and hardhat and therefore look official. If the cable company sends someone out to find the problem and the customer comments about someone having come by earlier to look at it, the company has no way of knowing that wasn't a legit inspection/repairman; every company runs their lines through the same pipe/trench/telephone pole, the companies hire different contractors and sometimes screw up and call two different contractors for the same job, or they send an actual employee to inspect it before hiring a contractor to do the work, etc. You're basically invisible, unless they get you on a surveillance camera somewhere.
You only thing that's stopping you… is you.
One guy with some basic tools can spend all day driving around town fucking shit up. Niggers are rioting because they can't watch BET or World Star Hip-Hop, they can't call the fire department to extinguish their nigger hives, and businesses and banks are losing shitloads of money for every hour they don't have phone/internet service. You can utterly wreck a major city's shit with nothing more than hand tools and a tank of gas for driving around.
