I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with exploitation, or the fact that a boss is just a money siphoning middleman when the workers could own the company/workplace themselves.
I'll reiterate, that it's got allot more to do with an archaic, out of date and inefficient economic system that creates such positions that will eventually destroy itself, which is why we advocate for alternatives.
