It's these endless modules of shitty animated videos and flash games that you're forced to do. You can't speed through them if you already know whatever bullshit they're talking about, nor can you control the volume which is either way too quiet or so loud i have to hold the earphones away from my ears. The worst part is it's all nonsense that has nothing to do with my job. Like i've learned nothing relevant to my actual workday from it. All the things that i needed to know could've just been shown to me in 5 seconds by a live person or by a person in a video. It's actually almost impressive how much time is wasted with this shit.
