And your argument isn't even made in the video. He said nothing about the deficiency of body cameras and only gave them praise because they actually work. What I took notice of first was the argument that a an unarmed man CANNOT be a threat. One good punch can knock someone out under the right circumstances. then any weapon on the knocked out person is fair game to the assaulter.

Another thing is that he likened a police officer, disgruntled by the day to day grind of "fuck the police," "smoke rocks, kill cops," and general dealings with a hostile population that they are supposed to protect from other, more hostile segments of the same population, to a man "throwing a tantrum and threatening not to do your job because you faced public criticism."
