Oh, I know how the various agencies relate with each other (at least, to the extent that you can without being inside one), but they are ultimately working in the pursuit of jewish interests.

When you request a web page from a web site, your browser sends a HTTP request through a series of routers that ultimately ends up reaching the destination site. FOXACID intercepts this request but does not interfere with it so the destination site still receives your request like normal. FOXACID then returns a response to your browser itself, masquerading as the same IP address as the actual destination website. That's why it's called a man-on-the-side attack - because they're not altering the response of the real website, they're faking a response and engineering the whole thing. Presumably one of its capabilities is that it's exploiting vulnerabilities on all common internet routers, so the NSA doesn't have to get prior approval to interfere with your traffic. They just exploit a router they know is on the route from you to any given website.

Anyhow, once they send their malicious response out, because they are responding from a "closer" point to you, in terms of latency, your browser will see their forged response first and treat it as if it's authentic. Said malicious response would include various exploits, that, if they succeed grant total control over your machine. One upside is that browser exploits are usually highly prized and tend to be fixed very quickly because of how ubiquitous web browsers have become. As a counterpoint to that, look at Stuxnet and how many never-before-seen exploits were present within its payload. It's not far fetched to assume the NSA has a library of 0-day browser exploits ready to be used.

A naive but somewhat effective way to mitigate this is to use a browser inside a VM that is locked down heavily. VM breakout exploits do exist but they're relatively rare. An Intel system management exploit (or permitted infiltration, since Intel is very jewish and Mossad and the NSA work very closely) would be potentially worse.
