the real problem with webm is how multithreading is determined by resolution by default unless you compile your own ffmpeg with row-mt enabled
this gives h.265 an enormous advantage on encode speed by default but again not supported by cytube if you want to stream full episodes of stuff for low bit rate while maintaining quality
