Old cultures never come back because they are made by older people who are not around anymore. This people lived in a different political and cultural sphere than we do and internet was a new thing most people in 2004. Now because of the immense power of anonymous posting and its ability to allow ideas to be judged based wholly on its own merit rather then the merit of the poster (by name… fucking tripfags…) any "new" site will be to put it in simple terms "under fire" from the moment it hits the net from the netfugees seeking a new home to the shills and goons who want to shit the place up… The next chan that comes out since we have been flooded with waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too many newfags who don't even know rule 33 [THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE SO; FUCKING LEARN IT!] will have to most likely be set up on i2p (or some other darknet) in order to provide the necessary hurdles to keep the brainless sheep from shitting up the place.
