Fujoshi tend to be harmless. They only write porn fanfics and coo over male characters. SJWs are toxic and they can use any mean necessary to destroy writer/artist they hate.

Well, kinda, Fujoshis are non-aggressive, but they do do indirect damage as their existence still makes suits want to appeal to them, but ultimately Fujos primarily make their own content and can be surpsingly wide in interests, there are Fujos that are into "Bara" despite the "For men, by men" moniker too, though more the exception then the rule, but it isn't all Bishie stuff in that crowd, despite the stereotype, the gay thing tend to be more a kin to men liking lesbians.
