As for our nature: different people have different inclinations in different degrees. A simplified example violent inclinations tend to be triggered by difficult and stressful conditions most often experienced by those of low socioeconomic status.

Now, what if socioeconomic status didn't exist? Chances to trigger violent inclinations would be reduced. Socialism will stomp out the hardships caused by capitalism, and in time we will have communism. Where incentives to exploit are gone and antisocial inclinations aren't provoked by material conditions.

This isn't utopic, these changes seem logically possible, just very difficult to create.
