4ch is more active/faster, but it has so many rules that i've found if you post there long enough you'll eventually get b& for something stupid. and theyl never lift them even if they're wrong. Also, you can't use vpn on there. So that place is more active but here has more freedom, and you'll eventually get b& over there anyway.
