For me I think it's because of the fact that all the chairs in my house are simply too tall in comparison for my desk. When I was out taking walks I had next to no back pain, too bad I can't be bothered to do that shit anymore.

you should try ergonomic seating, and i know this sounds crazy, but regular exercise could help. I'm not a medfag or physiotherapist so I can't recommend anything specific, but I'm often guilty of a sedentary lifestyle + bad posture however I do a fair bit of walking (mostly to get food and get to bars to meet women off tinder) and my back isn't that painful at 24. Calves hurt like hell though all the time.

I don't know about you but lifting makes me feel pretty great, although there are days where I really just don't feel like it and end up half-assing my exercises.

Sure, you may feel pretty good for 15 minutes or so after you work out. And then you're sore. And then you realize you have to get up and do it again tomorrow while you're more sore.

You do upper body, then lower body. Always alternate, no breaks. Do that shit every day.

That's the most effective way to get fit and it's also why it fucking sucks.

Do 3 series of sit-ups 3 times a week, that makes your back a little strong , do it in bathroom or when you have free time, that I think, is all the time, mix that with arms reps, eat well, smoke a little weed one time per week.

I rotate between lying on my back, lying on my stomach and various levels of reclining to alleviate back pain.

My back pain just started recently. Hoping it heals soon so I can start strengthening it, but it's been a week already. I'd try marijuana, but I'm also looking for a job, so all I have is cheap shit painkillers.

You need to strengthen your muscles in your back and core, there's no way around it. At least look up bodyweight exercises for your lower back that you can do at home. Dr. Stuart McGill is a spine specialist and he recommends doing at least three exercises to keep your back healthy. Search for his name + "Big three exercises"

You need to excerise OP. I suggest yoga. It will help with you pain. I also bought a massage chair. I shattered one of my discs, some crazy lady ran a stop sign and hit me. It helped a lot. Works just like virbration therapy. If you have the money, it's worth ever penny. Buy the medical massage chairs. Not the bad gifts ones they sell everywhere during the holidays.

Have you tried moving around and doing stuff like walking to improve your core. All strong wizards have strong cores. Now drop and do 50 crunches twice a day before breakfast and supper.
