I made a small service that tries to guess a porn star by her/his face by neural network recognition algorithm.
You can make a screenshot with face from video and upload an image to try it, or put a link or even multiple files and links to make the guess better.
You can upload a photo of any person, is not necessarily a porn star.
I would be happy to get some advice on design and functions to implement as I just started and it’s my first try.

Doesn't seem to do too badly on regular pictures. If you wanted to monetize it you could sell it as a "what porn star do I look like" app and then build a database of user submitted photos and sell that too.

I've always wanted something like this.
I'm impressed-- it's 'recognizing' facial features and returning matches when the source image has the same features in different orientations. (For example >>70665 --it gets the nose size, beard, and general hairstyle.)

Some of the results returned have a high matching rate that don't really resemble the input while some with a lower matching rate have a better resemblance. Are you going to add some option like being able to click on the best matches so it can improve itself?

Creepily, the faces I give it return a list of names of Women who it matches who all happen to be regular go to porn stars. I guess I really like a certain kind of face because I never realized how similar their faces were.
Also the "Tell me her name" button does not work.

I remember back in 2009 there was a bunch of researches trying to determine the ideal face, and you had to click a bunch of images and it would quickly generate a new picture about 50 times before saying "This is now what we consider the ideal face based on your answers". Only thing was, the face in my opinion was ugly.
It's a foolish idea. Attractive faces change based on a persons genetic makeup, which is why after several generations one kind of face stands out in a country. The ideal face will always be different depending on where your family originated.
This service, unlike those fags trying to find the most ideal face, actually works. It returns faces of women that I find attractive that most other guys probably would not.
It used to work, and it was really great too since it would should you similar faces and let you search on the face you clicked.

Question to the OP... What kind of hardware resources does this require? How big is the dataset? 'Neural Network' capacity and features, etc?
This is working surprisingly well, and I'm wondering how far of it is before systems like this can run on obsequious hardware.. (future-spec smartphones..)
Also, what would you estimate it would take to scale it up to an entire country's population?
