The original context of Hitler's "Honarary Aryans" quote is extremely misunderstood. Hitler had no great love of or respect for the Japanese, although some of the other top Nazis like Himmler and Karl Haushofer did. His alliance with Japan was made for purely geostrategic reasons.

The term "Honarary Aryans" simply ment that as ware allies, any Japanese diplomats, journalists, trade deligates, and others who happened to be in Germany for any reason during the war were to be accorded the same respect and treatment as Aryans. For example they were not subject to the restrictions on movement, curfews, etc. that the Jews were subject to, and during diplomatic events they were treated with the same level of protocol as would be expected for an Aryan ally.

That is all the term ever meant. It did not mean Hitler loved or admired the Japanese, or that he considered them biologically or spiritually Aryan. It was a designation used for diplomatic protocol because they were war allies. Nothing more, nothing less.

I've met quite a few intelligent, ambitious, and honorable individuals from non-white races.

For instance, I know 2 black people that are actually pretty cool people. Neither of them partied in their youth. They hit the books, they kept at what they wanted to do in life, and they're successful with their own stable, working families now.
