Not a torrent site, and they don't have that particular book, but avxhome.in/ebooks is one of the best sources for general ebooks. They occasionally even post pro-White material.

which is great because my upload speed is 30kbps. if someone starts dling from me, i cut the connection and start seeing again once no one is dling it.
