Haven't they scrapped pretty much all original species? Not just the hot ones but the cool exotic designs like the Ithorians too. I don't remember any rodians, grans, hutts or anything else in the new Disney flicks. That wouldn't be a real problem but I can't name a single new addition. There was those tentacle rape monsters in TFA and in R1 but I don't remember what they were called and they were a bunch of CG garbage without any cohesive and recognisable design. Shit, I even remember the mynocks and tauntauns from the OT.

If it's 15 years it probably means we'll get another trilogy after the two more Rey films where we get the Hero's Journey retold yet again. I dont see the actress that plays Rey carrying the franchise that long. Most likely, they'll attempt another soft reboot with a protagonist targeted for China or some sort of brown mystery meat for the Western world.

We'll see how young Lando comes-off in the young Han Solo film, but that shit with the ugly nigger Boyega being retarded and half a fag was intentional. yup. it was massive hype about being Star Wars for the Millennial Generation when it came out. Maybe Cameron is still fully derped but the people around him probably aren't. The films being panned as "Dances with Smurfs" had to hurt. The casting was bad and the poz was just too on the nose. It didn't catch. My guess is they've either moved-on or are shelving the IP before recasting. I just don't see it getting any traction, though. The entire Avatar universe is as dull as the actor they cast for the lead.

There was early concept art for her in Ep7 but with Kennedy in charge she's never gonna happen in live action.
