R. Crumb draws himself as a scrawny, whiney lib who enlists the help of two plus-size strong feminist womyn to bring DONALD TRUMP to lib "justice." But the joke is on Crumb when Trump charms his way out of things and makes off with both women to boot. From 1989.
Here's a comic from 1990 predicting Trump building a wall after rising to power in a campaign involving hats m.imgur.com/a/QjboD

Top cuck.
What is it with comics and Trump?
Nathaniel Price
R. Crumb is a brilliant satirist. Love his work.
Jaxon Wilson
It's worth noting that these comics were both written by socialists/anarchists. Donald Trump worked hard for years to portray himself as the face of New York billionaires for years, the worst enemy of those demographics. When you factor in that a lot of socialist/anarchists are the artistic type, of course their gonna make comics with "literal Hitler Donald Trump taking power"
Jaxson Martinez
Kek. That's actually pretty damn good.
Jose Barnes
Whoever that was was a dumbass. The strong still beat the week in the fucking wild life.
Liam Adams
Pretty good. Somewhere buried under decades of shame is a Crumb-shaped shitlord itching for racewar.
Isaac Cook
Here's a late 80's/early 90's one from MAD
Notice very merchant-looking Ed Koch as his arch nemesis
Dominic Watson
wow, crumb did an excellent job at his mannerisms and his voice. Was trump on TV a lot in 89?
Colton Miller
I think my favorite thing by R. Crumb was his illustrated Genesis.
Tyler Cruz
Trump has been a popular American icon since the early 80s. I honestly can't remember a time when Trump was unknown.
Brandon Roberts
...
William Gutierrez
this is true, I remember seeing interviews of him on TV a lot back in the late 90's
Caleb Robinson
Such self-awareness.
Dylan Bailey
This comic is an odd interpretation of that quote at the end. I like Crumb's draftsmanship, but this stories bore the fuck outta me.
Dominic Davis
As a long time fan of Crumb's work, I can safely say that what's he's doing is showing in the story that the quote simply is not true at all. Crumb often takes fortune cookie platitudes and turns them on their ear.
Jordan Price
He should have used this quote: “Don't shrink from nature's brutal perfection. Take joy in it. Embrace it. Understand it and revel in it. Respect its strength, its wisdom, its brutality and its all-encompassing power. The highest law has always been, and shall be, nature; and the greatest wisdom forever lives in and through nature's eternal Fascism.”
Hudson Torres
...
Ian Robinson
It leaks out around his edges sometimes. He'll claim its satire but what it really is is an old taboo-buster being squeezed too tightly in the straightjacket of political correctness.
Matthew Flores
This is… I mean, good fucking lord, does anyone actually believe this shit
How could you?
How could you possibly believe this, unless you've had absolutely ZERO experience in the context of 'Nature's way'?
Mind-numbing stupidity.
Hierarchy is Natural Law, and 'Nature's way' is anything BUT to give to those with 'too little' (as if such concepts even have a place in the natural world).
Justin Nguyen
...
Kayden Hernandez
that's one smug serpent.
Nathan Brooks
Crumb's a lefty, but he has a reputation as a misogynist. This comic epitomizes both elements, with his contempt of Trump the millionaire and women's crass materialism in finding Trump attractive.
Jayden Ramirez
You're misinterpreting the phrase by thinking of it in the perspective of human culture. When an alpha male has consolidated all the females a competing male appears to take them. There is no reason to compete with males who have nothing. When a population gets too large, (ie: those who have too much) Nature knocks it down with famine and disease.
Thus, Nature's Way.
Luis Price
Yeah, well what if I'm at peace with being both depressed and anxious?
checkmate lao tzu
Christian Thomas
Maybe if Crumb hadn't become such a chickenshit he could be making comics about how Muslims are raping France, his new home.
Dominic Ortiz
I'm with Trump here, literally who ?
Josiah Moore
He's a famous subversive comics artist. A very good documentary was made on him in the 90s.
Leo Bailey
It was not a 3-page story, the OP just left out the last two pages where Crumb came up with a different fantasy in which he humiliated Trump instead. Here's page 4 of 5.
Adrian Brown
And here's page 5 of 5.
Jonathan Howard
Never heard of Kropotkin and Mutual Aid? Nature has far more co-operation between and across species family and genus than mere tooth and claw competition. Nature values non pathological altruism. The quotation is truth.
He realized the hippy worldview had bullshit at its core, but only after he had moved too deeply into it to easily disengage, leaving his wife for San Francisco and all, so he drew comics poking fun at it, and saw himself as separate from the social scenes around him, but never left it entirely because he liked some of it's aesthetics. He describes the rise of bull-dyke feminism, saying the hippies got along alright for a while, until the women realized that all the men were mostly useless, wanting to get stoned and have sex like without contributing anything of value, so they starting acting tough and smelly to become the new men and repulse the old ones.
Elijah Wood
Me too. I love the bitter honesty of this piece. Sounds like he literally foretold Trump's foray into reality TV, playing himself. Fascinating.
Mason Walker

Oliver Long
He did one after Charlie Hebdo, but he is of course averse to getting killed.
jej Crumb knows the truth, he's just covered it in shame and weakness.
Cameron Carter
Kind of related, does anyone remember the user who uploaded Elvis Shrugged? I only remember part 1 being uploaded. I think someone told him to post it on /pdf/ but I don't know if they archive or how they work on that board.
Nathaniel Cox
Checked.
Yes. Trump has been in the print and pixels for as long as I have been alive 45 plus years.
I am from the northeast, so I saw him more than the rest of America. Real Estate, Casinos, CHARITY, high dollar tabloid divorces, finance, politics….All of it.
ALWAYS has a good soundbite.
I actually cut down to basically drinking once a month once I learned that Trump doesn't drink or smoke. I also am working harder and just feel better about myself, the country and the white race.
The only people I have heard talk shit about Trump over the years, are union members - mainly at the casinos - but Trump was proven right when they all lost their jobs for taking too much and not giving back, and butthurt businessmen who were out-navigated by him by paying of the politicians first.
They constantly tried to frame him in the "decadent 80s" "Greed is Good" frame - but were never able to make it stick due to how he never fucked over his employees, got caught doing drugs or anything degenerate, and gave generously to charity.
I know countless stories of how anonymous donations would happen and they would have some connection to the Don, and he would just wink, but wouldn't take credit.
