The IQ distributions can be shown in a graph and thus look like a bell curve with the majority of African-Americans having an IQ around 85, while the majority of White-Americans having IQ of 103. This is basic statistics, yet you cannot understand it.

While most this is true, you are misrepresenting the conclusion that should be draw (as I assume your source did as well). It is true that there are no hard lines defining race with only a few exceptions where groups were geographically isolated, but that does not mean there isn't a measurable difference groups that have been historically geographically separate. When considering averages there is almost always a statistically significant difference between these groups in some aspect. When you also consider that adult IQ is strongly linked to inherited genetics it pretty ridiculous to claim these groups have the same average intelligence.

If you want to address racism, then that is when the individual variance is important. All that has been shown is that race be used to make predictions that are correct enough to have statistical significance so maybe you will be right 51% of the time as opposed to 50%, but this 1% difference is well established, because the datasets are very large. This does not mean it is a good prediction of an individual. In fact it is a pretty poor way to predict the merits of a person. As you point out, individuals vary more than the averages, so you should base your judgement off of that individual, instead of the racial group they are associated with. On top of that if you can ever engage racial supremacists in a conversation about intelligence vs morality you will find that they don't even believe that IQ is a good way to judge superiority. Otherwise they could not justify their belief of the superiority of their race. I suppose Zionists avoid this by belonging to the most intelligent race, but you can always just talk about penis size instead of IQ.
