i put it all in folders sorted by date aquired then i transfer them later into folders based on:
do i know the artist? if yes then they go into that artists folder. if no then -→ do i Know the source material? if yes then -→ I put it where it goes. if no or not applicable then -→ i have a list of image attributes (ie: yuri, loli, real women,ect.). the are roughly ordered in desirability so then i put it in the first folder that applies. i wish windows let you have searchable tags on pics, would make my life much easier.

i did think about a database at one time but i simply can't find the time to find a program that suits my needs much less tag 67419 images and videos i apparently have, about half of which are not even properly sorted yet.

doujinshi/ - All doujinshi in folders
h/femdom - Anything with a woman in charge
h/futanari - Yeah, I go there
h/lolwat - Funny shit
"h/neko, similar" - Cat girls or anything like that
h/standard - Generic hentai shit
h/submissive - Anything where men are really dominant
"h/yuri, alone, group pose" - Any hentai which doesn't have any men or semen in it
s/ - 3DPD porn for when I feel like it, let's not get into that

I imagine arrangement seems strange to others.
