These are the last good cartoons to come out of Canada. Prove me wrong.

Protip: You can't.

Then why make a thread even, lol!

Thought I dont know why people here, specifically at 4chan love Ed Edd and Eddy so much… I mean yeah people have it in good regards but nothing noteworty.

I bet is just 2 or 3 regular posters.

All I can do is add a couple more from the same time periods

...

Well at halfchan you can just look at UIPs to figure out a general audience.

It was the most popular show for kids born in the 90s and since most user's are in their 20s you get a lot of EEnE getting posted. It was a simple show about kids fucking around in the neighborhood, the Ed's scamming to buy Jawbreakers and getting social status with the other kids. Basically it's the Seinfeld of cartoons.

...

It aint canadian if it werent on the cbc eh?
im probably the only person in the world who watched this show

...

canadians make some ok shit but god damn they make some of the worst shit as well

Don't act like nothing shitty has never come out of america.

But Canada is in America.

canada is in north america.

I liked spider riders as a kid, apparently that show wasnt aired in usa

No it totally was. I remember it.

For some reason, nobody really remembers this show. I used to watch it a ton as a kid.

Actually, it was aired in the US. On Kids' WB.

Severely underrated

That was a great show, was it canada only?

This is some sort of willy wonka shrinking room shit, right?

I don't have any context, never seen this show.

You're wrong budda

if anyone has a release of this show please hook a nigga up

It was concieved as a really dark kids' show, about an innocent guy who died in a traffic accident and ended up in actual Hell, where he became the subject of torture by a sadistic loli (the reincarnation of a serial killer), working for Satan himself. Early artwork for the show still shows this original setting.
Unfortunately the premise was toned down by Disney, and it ended up to be just another wacky flash cartoon, with standard plot and characters, though Heloise alone made it worth watching.

They only licensed the US broadcast rights

...

Wow. I probably would've actually watched the show were that what the end project actually was.

does Code Lyoko count as a good Canadian cartoon? Also I didn't know John K was Canadian?

Plus the squigglevision and free jazz soundtrack.

Wasn't Code Lyoko French?

I thought it was a collaboration between the Canadian and the French.

Nope, just French.
