Humans have ZERO adaptations to consume meat, dairy, and eggs-
the make-up of our saliva, or laterally moving jaws, our flat teeth (before you bring up canines, you have smaller canines than a horse you retard), our narrow esophagus, our weak stomach acid, our lack of enzyme uricase to break-down uric acid from meat, our weak bile that can't break-up crystalized cholesterol, our incredibly long intestines, etc.
All of our body runs contrary to a truly carnivorous or omnivorous mammal. We are frugivorous apes, just as were our ancestors. Your habit of eating meat is only such; a habit- and an incredibly unhealthy one at that.
