I was an atheist liberal before getting redpilled, but when I got redpilled I became Catholic and nationalist. Now that the Catholic Church is getting cucked, I looked towards Protestantism, but it feels like it is lacking, and a lot of the people are just weird. Also I feel like more protestants were for refugees and Israel than Catholics. Now I am confused. I believe in God, I know I am not an atheist, but I just don't know about Christianity anymore. What is the true redpilled religion/spirituality, what is the truth?

Truth is: there is no supernatural. Supernatural memes were purely for social cohesion and the spreading of memes that proved beneficial. One example is the banning of eating pork. I'm an Agnostic but my family is devoutly Christian. (They are to some extent redpilled on certain topics). I do however remember a bible verse that said "Render unto Caesar what is Caesar's and unto God what is God's." In other words it says Follow God's and Man's law. With that in mind if we ban niggers from entering the country, then the Churches can't let them in.
TL;DR, Tell the Churches that it's illegal to allow race mixing, and they have to follow the law.

Stick with Catholicism, user. Try to keep your faith. The Church is 2000 years old. It's had bad popes and bad leaders before, and always managed to pull itself together. Try to find a better church if you can't stand the one you have now, Latin Mass churches are usually not pozzed.
If you do switch, at least go Orthodox. Stay out of Protestantism. Those churches don't have any inertia to survive bad leaders and can fall apart very easily.
I share your confusion. I'm not sure what to do myself. I do know that the Church is the thing our enemies hate more than anything else. Even though my faith is weak my gut tells me that the Church will survive this.
Read Thomas Aquinas and other great Catholics. Don't focus on the failings of our current leaders. And remember that the Church isn't the State. We can't reasonably expect it to improve our political situation. We have do that ourselves.

The verse means to give Caesar what is Caesar's due. Rome minted the coins, protected trade, and enforced law and order. If you are using Caesar's coins it follows that Caesar might have a claim on some of them.
The verse doesn't imply that "all laws must be obeyed no matter what." The earliest Christians fell foul of Rome by refusing to obey the State's command to worship the emperor. Worship was owed to God, not to the Emperor.
There is a lot of leeway in Christian interpretation to debate when one may refuse obedience to illegitimate secular authorities.

The Church will shake off the parasites drinking her lifeblood, when lay Catholics love her enough to stand and fight for her, instead of running as every single Conservative Catholic seems to be doing. Personally, I never considered surrender in the face of overwhelming odds a particularly "Traditional" or "Conservative" trait, but it seems to be what all of the "Traditionalists" are doing; go figure. I'm less intimidated by the Church's acquiescence to refugees, which the Church shouldn't even have a stance on other than "What produces the most good?" (it's obvious that the current policy only produces strife and war, but no once seems to point that out) and all the more horrified by it's complacency in regard to sexual morality. By making such confusing, seemingly contradictory and unclear statements about sexuality the Church, the only institution in the West capable of effectively advocating for traditional family structure as God intended, is FAILING. The health of a society is dependent on its basic unit, the basic unit is the family, the core of a family is a marriage, the exceptional nature of marriage is in the exclusivity of the sex act.
Sex is the core of a society. This is why the enemy has attacked us sexual as it has. By distorting sexuality, they destroy marriages, which destroys families, which destroy children, which grow up with hate and fear in their hearts, to destroy society. If there is no society, there is no transmission of the Faith from one generation to the next. The Church becomes a pilgrim Church again.

modern churches are dumbed down religious entertainment. i have no interest in it. last time i went they had a meet and greet for 5 minutes, really loud music meant to play to emotions, they try to subtly guilt you into being part of the group, and their message is dumb as fuck we took 3 paragraphs and erased every 10th word for fill in the blank so you learn something, here's how you need to interpret it. people go every sunday morning and by sunday evening it's all just a blur they vaguely remember. most people in america don't go to church for god or religion, they go because their parents went or because their family goes. religion becomes just a social function and loses its meaning.
if you are interested in religion study your bible and other religious texts + philosophy that challenges your beliefs on your own, or with a group if you prefer, you don't need a church to tell you what to think, what to do, or how to interpret some bizarre written while high as fuck passage. make up your mind for yourself.
decentralization applies to churches and religion just like it does for chans. the large churches get infiltrated and subverted like catholics or inevitably water down their content to appeal to more people like baptists and most non-denoms
