although Obama was the first to be memed in actually.

First Bush was the one that started this alternating party affiliation every two years. the spiral was very noticeable with Obama. Then when Trump was elected people really got their attention. West is the most talked about bubbling underdog right now, and will probably succeed Trump unless an exception I will mention further down. If he does not get too crazy (a concern with Trump too) will probably get reelected just like Trump probably will. The big concern is who will be after West, or what could happen before. With the increasing imperial presidency arguably most intensified under either the late Bush or more likely Obama and an increasingly politically polarized country would Trump or West be in power while the Twenty-second Amendment to the United States Constitution is repealed by a new amendment (not the first amendment to be repealed) allowing one of them to rule indefinitely? Did late Bush and Obama agree to have Hillary elected? Did Hillary and Trump agree to help each other meet up as the final 2 to win election? Did Trump and West agree to help West win in 2024? Will someone win more absurd than West after he wins? Will we transition to demarchy?

Demarchy is the rule by the randomly selected. Even though no modern country ever adopted this form of government, it should be noted that randomness has been used as part of selecting leaders in the past. A similar system is often used to form juries as well. In particular, the electors for the Doge of Venice were selected in the following way:
“”Thirty members of the Great Council, chosen by lot, were reduced by lot to nine; the nine chose forty and the forty were reduced by lot to twelve, who chose twenty-five. The twenty-five were reduced by lot to nine and the nine elected forty-five. Then the forty-five were once more reduced by lot to eleven, and the eleven finally chose the forty-one who actually elected the doge."
Randomness, in this case, was to eliminate the possibilities of great families or politicking polluting the selection, thus ensuring the greatest possible Doge for the city.
