how the fuck do I gain weight in my ass?
I keep eating squats and doing oats but I can only seem to gain belly fat, even though I'm doing alot of abdominal workouts. I'm so desperate I even tried following alot of the trap guides. they helped a little, but I'm still lacking. I'm just trying to build a healthy and beautiful ass for health reasons.

I even asked fit when they weren't nearly as dead of a board as they are now, they also gave me other good advice that also helped JUST a little. I tried to do more squats past the point of pain even though it hurts but I just get pulled ass muscles and walk like a penguin for days until I get better.

I might also benefit from gaining a little weight in my thighs, but not too much.

-Cardio + situps will get your tummy flat, cardio + squats will get your butt nice and firm, and push ups because you want to be somewhat stronk in the upper body.

-I've tested with almost everything (haven't tried veet): wax machine, epilator, five-blade razors, electric razors.
-My hair grows extremely fast because genetics.
-Remember to exfoliate with a luffa + hot water shower before all of these, then take a cold shower right after.

You should maybe cut back a bit on the fruit and avoid fruits that have white insides, because they usually contain loads of sugar and I heard from something like a medium banana = a snickers bar as far as diets go (crazy sounding I know). Also eat plenty of dark green veggies they are simply the best, although they may not taste all too great.
I see this as mainly a meme. You aren't actually going to look like some body builder after doing push ups everyday, sure you might have a slight noticeable muscle, but that's not a bad thing imo plus burning calories is something you want. I can't tell you much more tbh. Just keep at it and work very hard to achieve trap mode, no slacking. You can't take shortcuts on these things tbh.

Also, I highly recommend getting Turbofire work out program. Its great.

don't get me wrong, I do pushups but I avoid overworking my upperbody because I don't like getting too bulky. pushups are really great, I just don't do so much that my arms get any visible gains. I do upper body until I'm toned, but not bulging.

You gain muscle on it. That's what you do. You can't put fat in a certain area and you can't remove fat from a certain area, you can however gain muscle and lose muscle on a certain area.

Trust me, people who actively try to gain muscle can't do it by simply doing pushups. You aren't going to grow massive muscles from just doing pushups. You aren't going to get "toned" by exercising either, you get "toned" by dieting. Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. If you want to gain muscle on your ass you eat in excess (even at the risk of gaining fat) and exercise the targeted muscle. It's bulking season (winter), get started you twink.

Getting a big ass isn't the answer but rather to tone it so it has a sharp curve from the thigh.

Do legs,squats,abs, nothing else, bulk up the lower torso, lots of protein, remove the sugar.

Keep your upper body proportions small so attention is on your ass.

The true secret to getting a bigger ass is doing leg raises. lay down on the ground with your body flat. raise your legs straight up until they reach 90 degrees with your upper body. at this point, you want to raise your butt up while keeping your legs in their original 90 degree position. put your ass back on the ground and move your legs from the 90 degree position slowly back to the 0 degree position. repeat 100 times a day, but start with around 20 reps a day, and without the buttlift part if it's too hard. this will make your ass very grabable if continuously done.
