in a nationalist country that for one reason or another is neither poor nor has a large class disparity to begin with
im not sure such a place exists but everywhere ive seen in the world and through time since 1850s hasnt been "ripe" enough and it was tried wherever it was close enough to the "requisite" capitalist conditions to begin with
