+ Someone holds/locks the doors shut as eye witnesses have relayed.

+ Somewhere in here a gunman ends up at ORMC(Orlando Regional Medical Center) shooting people outside the hospital/gets trapped in a lockdown inside the hospital, this was only reported by eye-witnesses and police scanners. Maybe some of the crisis actors who were playing wounded were sacrificed at this point.
