They don't have nociceptors and they wouldn't gain any advantage from it. Think about it, their entire outer body is chitin ("bone"). If the bug's exoskeleton is damaged, it will bleed out since it would not recover, therefore it wouldn't even gain any advantage or useful feedback even if it did feel pain.
btw I only use pest insects for my videos. Haven't used any beetles.
