The math doesn't work. Polygamy doesn't lead to white population growth. When one man has multiple wives, this does not lead to an increased pop growth. Instead, having multiple children per white couple leads to increased population. Each couple has to exceed the average replacement rate (~2.1 children) for the pop to increase.

R-selected breeding patterns, producing as many children as possible with low-investment parenting, does not result in the kind of people, culture, society that white people need. Rather r-selected breeding patterns are socially decadent.
