I'm not an edgy atheist so I understand the benefits that Christianity has brought to Western Civilisation, not just socially but even the most important things like scholarship (the entire system of learning that exists in the world today), printing, they like the monks even promoted and protected knowledge like no other despite edgy atheist memes to the contrary. HOWEVER , I just simply do not see the need for it in modern times. There's this argument that Christianity is what made Western Civilisation great, but how can that be when Ancient Classical Greece and Rome were not Christian and yet so great they form the very foundation of Western Civilisation even to this day? The point is, it is not so much that Christianity made Western Civilisation great and I think the best thing we can do know is to absolutely and utterly destroy all Abrahamic religions period.
