how do i make these? i tried putting the contrast all the way down on a normal picture and it makes it gray but when i save it, reopen and change contrast all the way up it comes out as a white picture. teach me please

Go to filers > distorts > newsprint,

Change the cell size to 3, then check the CMYK box instead of RGB and turn black pullout to 0%
