It's manwha. Both boards will probably give you shit for it, but the stuff I've read is much closer to the writing and art style of 80s or 90s American comics than manga (though layouts can be more like manga/modern American stuff, due to a love of big splash pages). The most unique aspect is how it'll go from pure inks to a more painterly style of coloring to emphasis action or drama, basically every page could be mixed medium.

I'd be inclined to talk about it here due to it's clear similarity to 90s comics, but I know people will fight me on that. But of course I've only read stuff based on videogames, and mostly fighting games. So they might treat other genres very differently, and take a more manga approach.

And if you really want to talk about or storytime a book, but don't feel Holla Forums is the right place for it, just start a thread in /comic/, since it's all encompassing.

Though to be fair "the least stupid nation won" is essentially the most common phrase to sum up most wars.
