Based on a comic which was admittedly inspired by Marshall Law and Judge Dredd, and clearly got a greenlight because of Dredd (I think the producer even has a cameo.)

Supercop stereotype fights gimmick supervillains like gun-toting nuns, black teleporting kung fu masters and a drug-addled version of the Riddler. An experimental government project involving telekinetic cripples is used to repeatedly bring him back to life, seemingly with no memory of his deaths. So he goes after villains like a kamikaze, kills them but gets himself killed in the process, is revived, suits up like nothing happened, fucks some girl, kills a bad guy, dies again, repeat.

Movie opens with a sex scene with a chick who actually had a pretty decent rack. Director clearly had an oral sex fixation as it comes up in like seven scenes. Gore and action scenes are fairly competent, protagonist is fun to watch, his gun is ridiculous (it's a double-barrel revolver which for some reason also takes clips on the barrel) and the soundtrack is pretty good for the most part.

Only thing that didn't really work for me was the "Fortune 500". They're never really explained, and their behavior suggests they're supposed to be animal people or whatever, but you can clearly see the actor's features under the masks, and several scenes show their completely normal human hands. They're the only thing that felt low budget. Also there's a few frames in one scene where one of the characters is supposed to have their amputated hand dangling off their wrist, and you can clearly see because of the angle that his hand is wrapped in green screen stuff they were trying not to show.
