Then it was brought back for a few months (maybe longer), but never took off again. It has been down for a while now, perhaps permanently. The domain now resolves to a placeholder page for "Feral Hosting". parley, who was involved with 711 (though I don't know in what capacity) runs 314chan now. It's no 711chan, sadly.

Well acutally, it happened already. Librechans users moved to nextchan. Nextchan got shut down already for getting spammed with cp. (the mods deleted it but there was a glitch in the software that left the thumbnail of the images still there). So within about a 2 week timespan or so two imageboards died.

As the Chan's has slowly shut down everything "edgy" including pedo imageboards and sites, that's obvious. Someone is steering mods and owners in the direction they want.
