Can confirm. It used to be a good show, not great but pretty fun to watch. I always watched one or two episodes while I ate. Then after season 2 we got 'muh feelings' and more and more autistic songs and personality shit that I don't care about each special snowflake. Eventually it turned into a relationship simulator that was too autistic for me, it left me disgusted so I deleted every trace of it.

They had that in the earlier seasons. Don't remember which episode but Finn drops in on Rainicorn and Jake having sex. Rainicon only had her body wrapped around Jake but with the dialogue and Finn blushing it was a heavy implication they were fucking.

The first two were creepy as shit, but could be construed as crazy dementia from an old pachyderm.

This shit is a perfect example of why Samurai Jack is total garbage. Here we have a potentially interesting concept. Guy's trapped in a crystal unable to die, learns to control rocks and form a badass magma body with all manner of super powers. Does he ascend to the surface to hunt down and kill Aku? No. Does Jack ask him to join him in his quest? Nope. Another victory for Aku.

And that's all practically every episode was. Jack finds something that may make his journey back to his time possible or his fight with Aku easier, but does he ever accomplish his goal? "FOOOOOLISH SOM-OO-RYE!" It's the same problem every prequel has. We know Jack will never succeed, which makes his entire journey pointless. It's time travel 101.

The entire future he lives in exists because of Aku. It's his world, his future. Thus, Jack can never defeat him in the past with anything he gains here. If Jack kills Aku in his own time, none of those experiences could have happened, Jack couldn't have gained the skills or experience he lacked in their initial fight. If he ever did defeat him, it would create a time paradox as every skill he gained, every memory he had, every friend he'd crossed paths with would no longer exist, thus he couldn't defeat Aku. If he ever did succeed the entire journey would never have happened rendering it pointless. If he succeeds in the future, then that's still thousands of years of a world shaped by an evil demon and Jack's world completely erased.

They're actually going to explore that aspect of jack in the new season. How his journey seems to go nowhere. He's a tired and broken man enraged by how little progress he's made against aku after all these years.
Didn't like the show all that much besides a few slect episodes like the assassins one where they discuss ambushing him.
