Lizardmen are a type of monster girl.

That's not what I mean. In D&D Kobolds look like this, only their heads come close to looking dog-like. They're described as reptiles and considered a distant (and much weaker) relative of dragons. Come to think of it, the original kobolds don't look like dogs at all either. So where does it come from?

Other Japs do it as well, like that monster girl anime and some video games have them looking even more dog-like than D&D ever did. It's funny because the name comes from sprites in Germanic folklore who don't look at all like dogs.

I have a harem… sort of. I have a slew of girls I've met through various methods who want to become permanent live-in sex slaves. The problem is the logistics of it.

1. I know they'd be slaves, so consent at this point doesn't seem like it'd be an issue, but with very few possible exceptions, none of them is keen on the idea of there being any *other* girls there. I've been trying to research shit like polygamist groups to figure out how to convince women to agree to this situation, but all I've found are religious polygamists, and they were always born into it, so they're useless because that's just how they know to live. Now yes, I could just force them to accept it, but then they'll be noisier, sadder, and potentially try to escape.

2. This is roughly 15 girls… I could feed maybe two, but paying for food for 15 people is a different matter. I suppose I could try planting a garden and keeping some chickens, but tending to the girls will keep me busy enough. I've considered the option of using them to make porn, though.
