I've personally never had an issue with qbittorrent. I use it with a proxy and/or VPN. Works just fine and network behaviour doesn't look suspicious to me either

jewtorrent went to shit after release 1.8.5 or so.
Now their newest version is literally adware integrated in the program itself
You can just download an older version of jewtorrent. 1.8.5 will do it and it is lightweight. I read 2.2.1 was the last good version IIRC.
