tbh I almost think it should bee regarded as an accomplishment that I actually got banned on Holla Forums one time. I couldn't even accomplish that on 4chan's Holla Forums yet here I did.

the real truth is that this site got it's rise thanks to GG. it's slowly dying beecause GG is long over as a hot topic now. a large portion of anons who came over beecause of GG have either went back to 4chan reluctantly so or never really cared for this place in the first place and never even wanted to stay here. it also didn't help matters that hotwheels sold everyone out like a kike. just like moot did in fact. those two should buy a room.

Not dead its just not as lightining fast as four chan. You've got a group of boards in the top 10 that get 100pph or more, then Holla Forums and Holla Forums are plenty big. Honestly this is comfortable. It dosen't need to be continously lightning fast, the ips site wide are sliding up though. The site not working for a long time was the biggest thing against us. That's done , Learn to browse through a few boards here thats the way to do it.

Don't listen to people telling you 16chan and masterchan etc. 16 chan gets 30 to 50 posts total a day. Librechan is all pedos. And endchan has like two active boards. This is still the most active alternative chan, you're just used to that chat room feel of the site being fast fast fast.

Thats a glib interpretation and you know it. A bunch more happened. Site drama (hot wheels couldn't get the site working properly handed the sites keys over to a known cow who proceeded to make it work worse) and a few other poor decisions by hotwheels sent the traffic on a spiral down for awhile. Then jim took over and made a decision to change the dost interpretation which chased off another set of people.

This all sets up to the fact though that overall, traffic is rising for the site as a whole from where it was when the site was broken as fuck earlier this year. (Note the site slid in traffic when the site was unstable). The board that lost the largest amount of traffic and users was Holla Forums. It's not the site as a whole.

The site is viable, Holla Forums is finding its footing and staying stable till then. The other boards are starting to fill out, even some of the small ones. This will continue, the site's attracting it's audience and finding its niche with the whole user created boards.

It's just Holla Forums thats finding itself now. And thats okay. Not all of us are scared off by that. But don't be surprised to see Holla Forums be one of the slower boards to gain traction. On a site where you can have any sort of board, a Holla Forums board becomes less attractive of a target.

But I do like that we have all these little niche communities here, I'm also excited about the overboard, once thats running good, the idea of having a home board will be something I forego, and I'll merely respond to whatever I want to on the site.

I'm glad that thanks to the fact that you can create your own boards, you have tight knit communities like /late/, /bane/, /improve/, /cow/, /asmr/

Its a preety good site, its getting mixed in with my other chan using a bit. Once the overboard is here I'm going to like this site a bunch more. Adding a bunch of boards together will make things way more entertaining for me.
