Technically gay marriage will be legal if there's no explicit Russia-wide ban on it, I suppose it's not going to be forced by UN faggots coming to force everyone to get married to the same sex or anything like that but still. The bad things happening to countries are obviously preventable and not beneficial. If everyone had patriotism then these things would be effectively removed instead of handing down responsibility and blame to faceless larger "organizations".
As for the other claim about ethno or national centrism, a few vague terms in there. Civic nationalism, if you could argue that that is a thing, always involves genetic nationalism. And let us remember to keep the words straight. Nation is a group of genetically similar people. Nationalism is love of your people.
