Harloff is a bit of a control freak, but the guy has had a vision of this show for years. If you watch the show you'll see his occasional rants, but I have never seen him quite as angry as after 2016's fall preview show. Watch the last 15 minutes if you want to see him start to break. He went fucking nuclear and pretty much started to redpill himself on Hollywood jews. Basically banned Sasha from anything collider or schmoes for two months.
Ellis is also one of those people who can lose his shit occasionally. The only difference is that Ellis always does it over something small like food or people talking during trailers. Overall he's probably the most realistic of the group even though he's supposed to be the comedic relief.
Reilly is about as fake as they come. He's the stereotypical nice guy who wants to be everyone's friend. Always trying to impress people with his celebrity impressions, but it just makes things awkward because he never does it at an appropriate time.
