They will if conditions are met: Syria's government is gone (knocks out Iranian funds to Hezbollah), and other things I can't think of.. maybe the nuclear deal was done so Iran can develop nuclear energy, but also to do the bait tactic like Iraq had "weapons of mass destruction". Israel could claim Iran had enriched uranium of weapons level and kept it in their nation, without proof of course.

If Syria had fallen, Iran probably would have been attacked by now, or atleast Hezbollah. The west could care less about ISIS from the looks of their bombing campaign in the news.
