It may sound weird, but I think that the jews do it by being good talkers as well. I remember that there was some japanese dev, who had a talk with "these people" who wanted him to diversify and feminize his game and he said "I do no want to talk with these people again".

Which makes me think that there is a group of intellectual jews out there, that just goes out there, and with the influence that they got, they go around and "give advice".

Read up on academic studies of power.

Basically, there are power centers in society that allow whoever is in charge to control the populace. Theorists on power will disagree with kinds of power centers and their influence, but there is a general sort of consensus that the following areas are important:

Military and law enforcement.
Political and diplomatic.
Economic and Financial.
Ideological (control the norms).
Socio-cultural (control the culture).

So, Jews use their nepotistic networks to gain access to various areas. They change the norms via academia, philosophy, and attacking religion. They control the culture through media, entertainment, and other socio-cultural power centers. They control the military through controlling policy and diplomacy, e.g. neocons and Jewish NGOs. They control economics and finance, both in government and in the business world.

You might say, "but user, not all these people are jews!" That would be to misunderstand how this works. Go read Nassim Taleb's recent work on how you only need a small minority to change the overall social network. Jews are an incredibly small minority, yet in the above networks, they get enough in them that they can do what is good for the Jew without total control over the network. The key point here is, that they don't need to control everything in a power center. They only need to reach critical mass in the network, which according to Taleb is something like between 10-20% for a clique to have influence. Anything above is a bonus.

There is also one other area that isn't in academic theories of power, but I believe is key to understanding the Jews: criminal networks. You see this a lot in theories of parapolitics and conspiracy theory. Generally, there is a connection between criminal networks and intelligence/law enforcement. See the theories about the CIA being involved in drug running. Or how powerful the Italian mafia was post-WW2, and their little known connections to the Jewish mafia. Jewish criminal networks – some of the most powerful and little known on the planet – are probably heavily involved in corrupt activities against politicians and various other aspects. You see this pop up again and again. Like drug smuggling and weapons smuggling, notice all the "art students" were found out by the DEA – in official leaked DEA reports – to be involved in the drug trade. Or the recent lawyer in Hungary or Ukraine, can't remember which Eastern Europe country, that was investigating government corruption, and some Jewish private intelligence company with ties to Mossad and Jewish criminals was busted spying on the anti-corruption lawyers.
