The rhetoric in this thread needs to fucking chill. To rebut what the OP is saying, if Trump is playing us to get power like people has guessed, then he will fuck us. No questions asked. He will be no better than any other politician and maybe in some ways worse. He will not do what he promised or suggested he would and the situation we all find ourselves will get a lot worse. His stance on surveillance, the bathroom bill, and other topics should make take caution with him. Him seemingly start to align with the mainstream should just put another nail in that coffin.
To the anti-Trump crowd, we honestly don't know what game this guy is playing. He is brash but not an idiot. Maybe he is thinking the long game and maybe the worrying points are him trying to appeal to the center or mask his true intentions. Him starting to reach out to big players for money is out of necessity before he turns on them in the favor of nationalism. This is one of those topics that makes me like Trump. At least he is discussing it in non PC terms and, if he is legitimate in what he says, I think we all know he would pick a cabinet that would wisely help him fix our immigration issues.
