Realistically, there are only two groups of people in the GOP who will refuse Trump.

The other group are middle ranking members of the party. People with a political career that's strong enough to stand on its own, but not so strong that its irrevocably marked them as Republican.

Lower ranked party members rely on party support to get elected and can't leave. Conversely, the GOPe elders can't afford to leave- they ARE the GOP and there's nowhere for them to go if they leave. They'll either have to take the bitter pill or retire.
